For your convenience we have held a block of hotel rooms at The Element Dallas Downtown East.
Please use the link below to reserve a room within the block at a group rate.
Discounted rates will be honored one day pre- and post- event date based on availability. Please contact the hotel directly and ask for Steven Jones if extending your stay.
Parking on-site is an additional $20 per day per vehicle.
The cutoff date for reserving rooms within the room block is March 17, 2026.

Union Coffee
Check out the place it all began. Ryan and Sarah both were involved in the design and construction of the space. Also check out the picnic tables that Ryan & Sarah helped build as well as the stage inside that Ryan constructed!
Enjoy a drink under the oak trees. Sarah recommends the chai lattes. Ryan's favorite is the strawberry smoothie!
Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
One of our favorite spots in Dallas in the springtime. Bring a picnic and take a stroll.
Ronald Kirk Bridge
A great spot for an evening stroll to see the Dallas skyline lit-up at night. There are also some great restaurants at Trinity Groves, nearby.
